Business Background

Richard Fields co-developed the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel in Tampa and Hollywood, Florida. The casinos opened in early 2004 to the delight of thousands of Floridians. In two years of operation the casinos and entertainment venues have remained highly successful and have exceeded all Seminole expectations.

Outside Interests

Richard Fields also owns and operates Jackson Land and Cattle in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The company actively supports local Jackson Hole groups and promotes ranching. In addition to Jackson Land and Cattle, Mr. Fields has professional and private interests in the Quarter Horse Association.

Philanthropy

Through the Fields Family Foundation, Richard and his family contribute to numerous non-profit causes and organizations.

Mr. Fields is a member of the board at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). As a board member he provides leadership and direction and as a supporter he generously donates resources to the organization. The NCMEC exists to prevent abduction and sexual exploitation, assist law enforcement and parents in finding missing children, and help rehabilitate victims of abduction and sexual exploitation. The group works closely with parents, law enforcement and the professionals who serve them. Mr. Fields and his wife have long supported the organization.
